Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care.

• Administer medications, including IM and subcutaneous injections.

• Perform clinical procedures such as catheterization, wound care, and dressing changes.

• Carry out phlebotomy and IV cannulation as required.

• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and BMI measurements.

• Provide health education and support to patients and their families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using healthcare IT systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (NMC Pin) with proven clinical skills.

• Proficiency in phlebotomy, IM injections, and other nursing procedures.

• Up-to-date mandatory training (support available if needed).

• Strong IT skills to support documentation and communication.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not essential).

• A compassionate and professional attitude, with a genuine passion for patient care.
